This Privacy Policy explains how RajaAroha ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Teen Patti Gold mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Teen Patti Gold is a casual card game intended for entertainment only. In short:

• No account required. The App does not have sign-in or sign-up, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or password to play.
• Works offline. The core game can be played without an internet connection.
• No real money. In-app coins are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes.
• No ads and no in-app purchases. The App does not display advertisements and does not offer any in-app purchases. No payment information is ever collected.
• Android only. The App is available for Android devices through Google Play.
• Analytics & attribution. The App uses the AppsFlyer SDK, which collects certain device and usage information when your device is online, as described below.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require or knowingly collect personally identifying information such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise GPS location. Game progress and virtual coin balances are stored locally on your device.

3. Information Collected Through Third-Party Services

AppsFlyer (Analytics and Attribution)

The App integrates the AppsFlyer SDK, a mobile measurement service provided by AppsFlyer Ltd. We use AppsFlyer to understand how users discover and install the App (attribution) and to measure how the App is used (analytics). When your device is connected to the internet, AppsFlyer may automatically collect information such as:

• Device identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android ID, and an AppsFlyer-generated unique ID;
• IP address (which may be used to infer approximate, country- or city-level location);
• Device information, such as device model, manufacturer, operating system and version, language, time zone, and mobile carrier;
• App information, such as app version, install date and time, and installation source / referrer;
• Advertising attribution data, such as the ad campaign, network, or link that led to the install;
• In-app usage events, such as app opens, session information, and gameplay events.

If you use the App offline, this information may be stored temporarily on your device and sent to AppsFlyer the next time your device connects to the internet.

Google Play

The App is distributed through Google Play, which may collect information under Google's own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not control that collection.

No Other Third-Party SDKs

Apart from AppsFlyer, the App does not include any other third-party analytics, advertising, or payment SDKs. The App does not show ads and does not offer in-app purchases.

4. How We Use Information

Information collected through the App is used to:

• Attribute app installs to marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness;
• Understand how players use the App so we can improve gameplay, performance, and stability;
• Detect and prevent fraud, such as fake or fraudulent installs;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers: with AppsFlyer, which processes data on our behalf for analytics and attribution;
• Marketing partners: if we promote the App through external marketing campaigns, limited attribution data may be shared, via AppsFlyer, with the network that ran the campaign, solely to confirm and measure installs. No ads are shown inside the App;
• Legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.

6. Your Choices and Controls

• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device). Once deleted, the ID is no longer available to the App.
• Play offline: no data is transmitted to AppsFlyer while your device is offline.
• Uninstall: you can stop all future data collection by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling also deletes game data stored locally on your device.
• Requests: you may contact us to request access to or deletion of data associated with your device identifiers. We will forward deletion requests to AppsFlyer as appropriate.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or India), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data Retention

Game data stored on your device remains there until you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Analytics and attribution data held by AppsFlyer is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, in line with AppsFlyer's retention practices.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, and AppsFlyer uses industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Information collected by AppsFlyer may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

11. Age Restriction – Adults Only

The App is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App and information has been collected, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Virtual Coins and No Real-Money Gambling

Teen Patti Gold does not offer real-money gambling or any opportunity to win real money or prizes. In-app coins are virtual items for entertainment only, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or transferred.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
